Thursday, October 14, 2010 Hellohs peeps ;D EXAMS ARE OVER ^^ HOOHOO :D LET'S PARTY :DDDDD So today, after school, I went to Amelia's house ;D And we had one of the happiest day ever ;D So, I'm super tired now D; I shall edit from Amelia's post ;D OK so... Bus-ed to Parkway's library and Amelia picked me up and then we walked back to her house. Then we slacked awhile in her house and we went to Tanjong Katong Complex ;D We went to get my Ukulele and look at Amelia's erhu. Went there, looked for the store, found it ;D *SHOCKINGZ* That store is beautiful. The violins were all hanging from the ceiling and the cellos were all on shelves WITH AWESOME LIGHTING~~ There was a harpsicord on display too. We looked around and then I asked for the ukulele ;D The sales guy was extremely nice and explained to me alot of things. Then they only had the concert ones so I juz bought it ;D Then I helped Amelia to ask about her erhu. The sales guy led us into a room at the back of the store. The room was like HEAVEN to Amelia. It's like an entire CO room :O Erhus, Pipas, Guzhengs, ZhongRuans O.O All sorts of them. Then the sales guy recommended Amelia some erhus and Amelia said she would go back to buy after getting a teacher. He also suggested to Amelia a school that teaches Chinese instruments called Shangyin Music Pte Ltd. He's so friendly lol. LET'S BE FRIENDS. Bus-ed to Eunos MRT and walked to the music school. It was kinda deserted. Went in and asked about the erhu lessons. Had to wait because the lady there was settling something lol. The place teaches suona, dizi, Chinese percussion, liuqin, yangqin and quite a number of Chinese instruments. The lady had time for us after awhile. Conversation is below. Imagine it in Chinese. Lady: What school are you from? Amelia: Manjusri ._. Lady: Oh. Zheng lao shi's student uh? Amelia: -Too shocked to say anything- Lady: Why you want learn erhu? Amelia: -Still too shocked to say anything- Me: She like Zheng lao shi ~ :D Amelia: NOOOO D: -flails- Lady: -Laughs- It's normal to like a teacher. He's a good teacher right?- Amelia: How am I supposed to know I'm not his student D: Lady: Then your CCA is? Amelia: Choir -depressed- Lady: Oh. Then why you like erhu? Very weird leh :O Me: Because she likes Zheng lao shi~~~ Amelia: -Flails- Amelia was like so embarrassed LOL. I was like HELL YEAHHHHHHH :D They knw Mike Chiang ;D WOOHOO ;D Slacked at Eunos MRT ;X Then went home ;X There's a long walk tomorrow. So byes :D
